1. What is the SaudiTech WebSurfer card?

The SaudiTech WebSurfer card is a reference device and not obligatory a real card. It is a prepaid account (16 digits number) that has an expiry date, and which is filled with a low limit amount of money.

2. Is the SaudiTech WebSurfer card a disposable card?

No. The SaudiTech WebSurfer card is a yearly account replenishable and subject to renewal on a yearly basis, should the cardholder wish to renew his card and pay the annual fees.

3. How can I check my SaudiTech WebSurfer card available balance?

You will be able to check your balance via Internet through www.sauditech.com. Your statement is free of charge and your balance is updated once a day at 12:00 pm Riyadh Time.

4. How much time does it take to replenish my account?

You have to count between 24 and 72 hours to replenish your account.
