Your SaudiTech WebSurfer account number is a 16 digit account number issued by Al Suroor Information Technology which can be used at all Internet Shopping sites worldwide accepting Credit Cards for payment | |

SaudiTech WebSurfer is a Prepaid Card in all respects except that it cannot be used for any purchases where a physical card must be handed to a merchant for payment | |

||
|
SaudiTech WebSurfer card cannot be used for any transaction that requires personal presentment of a physical card, e.g. for shopping at retail outlets | |

||
|
Your SaudiTech WebSurfer card account cannot be used for Mail Order and Telephone Order transactions | |

Moreover, SaudiTech WebSurfer cannot be used for 'Dual Mode' Transactions, e.g., it may not be used to purchase an item over the Internet that subsequently would require presentment of a physical credit card bearing the same account number as SaudiTech WebSurfer in order to obtain that item | |

Please note that most subscriptions for services and online magazines etc. have an automatic renewal and once you sign acceptance of the terms and conditions for the same, you are automatically billed |
