The SaudiTech WebSurfer Card Terms and Conditions I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I wish to obtain a SaudiTech Internet WebSurfer card, subject to the following terms and conditions: |
| 1. | The SaudiTech card is valid only for use on the Internet. A reference card, containing the Account number, expiration date, CVC2 (Card Validation Code or Card ID) and the issuer name shall be delivered to the cardholder either physically or via e-mail. Attempted use of the account outside the world wide web shall be considered as fraudulent use of the account, resulting in the automatic and instantaneous cancellation of the account. Face-to-face, retail merchant, ATM or cash advance transactions shall not be approved, authorized or honored on this card. | |
| 2. | The SaudiTech card is a prepaid card with no additional credit facilities being granted on it. The original amount shall be depleted by the transactions posted on, and charged to, the account. The cardholder may periodically deposit funds, at any participating bank, to reactivate the account. | |
| 3. | The cardholder shall be fully responsible for any and all transactions on the account, whether authorized by the cardholder or not. The cardholder shall have no recourse or charge back right regarding disputed transactions appearing on the account, even if not authorized by the cardholder. | |
| 4. | The cardholder shall not receive a statement at the end of the month, but if the cardholder so wishes then, by logging onto the SaudiTech.com website, the cardholder may review his account summary and may request statements. | |
| 5. | The reference card remain the property of company and the issuing bank which reserve to themselves the right to withdraw or cancel it at any moment, or not to renew it, with no obligation to indicate or justify the motives. | |
| 6. | Upon the expiration date indicated on the reference device, the account shall be automatically renewed for an additional year and the subscription fees then in force shall be automatically charged to the account, unless the cardholder notifies the issuing bank to the contrary, at least one month prior to the expiration date. | |
| 7. | All Internet sites accepting international cards for payments of their goods or services will normally accept the card. However, in the events that the account is not honored or accepted by an internet site for any reason whatsoever, neither the company nor the issuing bank or its agents or subcontractors shall incur any liability or be held responsible to the cardholder, the internet merchant, or site provider in connection therewith. | |
| 8. | The company and the issuing bank reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The cardholder shall be notified accordingly. Continued use of the card constitutes acceptance by the cardholder of such amendments. | |
| 9. | By using the account number, the cardholder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions under which it was issued. | |
